Butcher, pork butcher and caterer, the reputation of Eric Porte (best worker in France) is well established! Here, everything, or almost everything, is home-made. A particularly successful and appealing mix of flavours. For example, how can you not fall for the prawns and salmon a la plancha, the small glass of mirepoix vegetables, the compote of rabbit and foie gras, the timballe of hot Epoisses and its small green salad, or the choco-pear and its custard? Note that Eric Porte has another shop in the centre of Tonnerre.
