Restaurant in a hyper design and soothing decoration offering a very high quality cuisine.

Creator of Le Soufflot in Irancy and Au Fil du Zinc in Chablis, Fabien Espana embarked on this new adventure at the end of 2020. Wine Not is a wine bar (with over 1,000 references from Chablis and around the world), a wine shop and a dining cellar. A tapas bar and a bar for barbecued or plancha-cooked meats. In a hyper-design and soothing decor, loyal customers will recognize some of the former Au Fil du Zinc team. In particular, in the kitchen, Tomoyuki Nishino and Manabu Sato. A guarantee of top quality! We love it.

Très bonne viande!!! Une carte de vin gigantesque. Mais accueil sexiste, accompagnée par deux hommes, j'ai été ignorée de l'entrée à la sortie du restaurant. Le seul regard que j'ai pu échanger avec la serveuse était lorsqu'elle nous a incité à reprendre une coupe de champagne...

Rien à redire sur cet établissement pour bons vivants
Prévoyez de dormir juste à côté pour profiter un maximum de la degustation
Et aussi prévoyez un budget supplementaire pour y prendre quelques bouteilles, ça serait dommage de se priver.

Nous avons juste bu un verre. Belle ambiance, super carte des vins. Mais en tant que gastronome, j'ai été choquée. Service peu professionnel. Pour la plupart des métiers, il faut une formation. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas le cas dans la restauration.
