A cattle breeder in the village of Les Brosses, Sylvain Péchery devotes his entire production to short circuits. Every Saturday morning, he also offers his meats to a local clientele or to passing residents. Sausages, merguez and skewers are also available for your barbecues, as well as terrines, pâtés and stuffings, dried vegetables, apple juice from the farm etc. Please note that Sylvain Péchery's products are also on sale at the producer's shop Le Silo Rouge in Avallon, and at the grocery store of Asquins near Vézelay.
