Terrace establishment with a nice brasserie atmosphere and a menu with regional accents.

At the corner of Place Vauban and Grande rue Aristide Briand, "Les Maréchaux" is one of those establishments that enliven the old Avallon. A nice atmosphere of brasserie, with a warm welcome, a menu with regional accents highlighting some specialties such as the Burger des Maréchaux with creamy Epoisses cheese, or the inevitable Burgundy snails and other Chablis-style ham. Of course, the great classics are there too: salads, grills and snacks. In short, a nice place, notably thanks to its large terrace and its karaoke evenings.

Steak de filet commandé et un steak de bavoit et les deux étaient comestibles! Tellement dur ! J'ai tout quitté…. Toujours facturé le plein prix. Je ne peux pas croire à quel point cette nourriture était épouvantable (lors de notre première nuit en France - je pensais qu'ils étaient bons en cuisine!) Le plus tôt et le seul endroit ouvert… n'y allez pas! Prenez des plats à emporter en direction d'Avalon si vous pensez que vous arriverez ici et que vous aurez faim. ????
