Chef Éric Gallet opened this establishment just a stone's throw from his restaurant Le Bourgogne, and offers a catering service with top-of-the-range takeaway meals (individual or family portions) as well as cooking classes. For the latter, the dates and times can be consulted on the establishment's website, with different themes according to the season. Of course, each participant leaves with the meal and his or her own recipe. An excellent address.
