At the end of 2022, Karine and Gilles Hauth opened La Pateasserie in place of Pâtisserie Bertrand, which had stood here, a stone's throw from the Horloge tower, for 33 years. No spelling mistake, just a play on words to point out the existence - on the second floor - of a cosy little tearoom where you can take a break from your city tour.
