Restaurant with terrace ideally located in the heart of the vineyards, offering regional specialties.
On the road to Avallon, 7 km from Auxerre, L'Auberge d'Augy awaits you. Having worked with some of Auxerre's top chefs, as well as running the kitchens of several restaurants (from the Yonne to the island of Saint-Martin!), the chef offers a magnificent cuisine here. On the auberge's menu, we savored the vegetarian goat's crottin from Ferme d'Augy, followed by a fillet of sea bass with Irancy jus. Also worth trying: calf's head with gribiche sauce, one of the chef's great specialties. Or the casserole of pan-fried veal kidneys with morel cream. A real delight!

Cuisine et service au top. Pour ma part, oeufs en meurette, lotte et gambas aux petits légumes et île flottante en dessert ????
