The benchmark for asparagus production in Alsace. The Haenni farm planted its first asparagus claws in 1983. This little-used crop enabled the farm to open up to direct sales. The asparagus was so successful that the farm now covers 28 hectares, and the store has had to expand. It has to be said that the quality of the asparagus is very important to this family-run business, and customers are well aware of this! For gourmets, asparagus is sold in 2 sheds in Vieux-Thann and Sausheim.
