Marie-Claire Gander, a.k.a. Madeï, has a wooden terrace where you can soak up the sun. She will delight you with her delicious homemade pastries, ice creams and sorbets, which vary with the seasons. An ecological detail: the tea room generates its own electricity thanks to a dam and hydroelectric turbine installed on the nearby Noirupt river. What's more, Madeï is also a skilled chocolatier, creating a host of hand-crafted sweets. She was awarded a Tablette de Bronze 2024 by the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat.
