The sunrise view from the summit of Din daeng Doi is well worth the effort... You'll need to get up very early if you want to reach the site twenty minutes before the sun appears. You can either take a collective song thaew or walk for ten minutes to reach the viewpoint. The view over the plain with the shadows of the karst peaks on the horizon is simply magnificent... Not far away is the Klong Root, a pleasant clear-water channel where you can kayak.
