FROMAGERIE FI

This cheese dairy has been located in the heart of the village since 1984. It works with around 50 families and employs 20 people. Five varieties of cheese are offered at this address, whose expertise was handed down by a Protestant missionary. Visits are available from the nearby Maison Familiale Fi. It's interesting to watch the milkers bring in their cans of milk and learn about the different stages of production. And, of course, you can sample these top-quality cheeses, made from cows mixed with zebus.
