This small hut displays a number of handicrafts bearing witness to the lives of the Maroons, the runaway slaves who took to the woods here. The visit is instructive, thanks to a number of informative panels, and ends with a drumming and dancing demonstration. You can combine this visit with a guided tour of a village and a hike to the ruins of the Coffee Plantation House. In June, a 3-day community celebration takes place here.
