Coles Bay

Freycinet Marine Farm is located on the east coast, towards Coles Bay. Here we grow Pacific oysters in estuarine areas and Tasmanian mussels. Taste some of Australia's finest seafood ! In addition to the essential oysters and mussels, the menu includes shellfish, lobster and salmon. Numerous events are organized during the summer season. And you can also take advantage of guided tours of the oyster farm, organized in partnership with Oyster Bay Tours and including tastings.
