Perched at the western end of the village of Avgonima, the tavern To Asteri is one of the best on the island. You can sit on the panoramic terrace overlooking the coast in the distance and the setting sun at the end of the day. But the most spectacular thing is what you get on your plate: delicious traditional, homemade dishes, including fresh pasta prepared by hand in the village streets. The stews (coq au vin, goat with tomato, beef stew) and spit-roasted meats (suckling pig, kontosouvli, kokoretsi) are delicious.

Όλα πολύ ωραία, ο χώρος, το φαγητό και η εξυπηρέτηση. Πάρτε κόκορα κράσατο, ότι καλύτερο τον παντρεύομαι!

Το χωριό καταπληκτικό. Το εστιατόριο σε άριστη θέση με πανοραμική θέα θάλασσα από το υπέροχο μπαλκόνι. Λογικά στον εξωτερικό χώρο θα είναι μαγευτικά. Λίγο προσοχή στο φαγητό. Το αρνάκι που μας έφερε ήταν όλο πόδια κανένα ψαχνό. Το γουρουνοπουλα θεωρώ ότι πρέπει να είναι καλύτερα καθαρισμένο. Εμένα προσωπικά δεν μου άρεσε που ήταν μέσα στο πιάτο με την πέτσα. Θέλει λίγο προσοχή σε αυτά τα παραδοσιακό φαγητά. Τα υπόλοιπα ορεκτικά και σαλάτες που έφερε ήταν νόστιμα.
