Located in Alula, this site allows you to watch the sun set over a large monolithic boulder pierced by a natural arch.

The soft sandstone mountains of AlUla, polished by wind, sand and water, offer spectacular contours that create an enchantment for the eyes... and the camera. Jebel Alfil, or the Elephant Rock, is one of the best known of these silhouettes in the region. The big monolithic block is pierced by a natural arch, which forms like an elephant trunk falling on the ground. The site is open at the end of the day, to see the sun setting on the rock and softening its contours. At nightfall, colored lights animate it.
