Open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 3pm to 7pm; Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm. Closed at 6pm from October to the end of April. Saturday morning: Notre-Dame market in Poitiers.

Following a reconversion, in 2003, Delphine joined the company of her father, Daniel Gargouil, who himself had succeeded his parents, Marcel and Madeleine Gargouil, and his grandparents, Alcide and Berthe. Then her husband, Jérôme, joined her in 2008 after studies in pig breeding.

From 2001, when we organize Cochonnailles at the farm and we share unique moments with friends or family, the project of transformation of our raw material is born.

Our traditional family recipes, which had always delighted us, were unanimously appreciated, and we decided to launch our own business in order to make you discover them in direct sale.

Jérôme then became passionate about dry products, sausages, dry sausages and other ham nuts, which are not very developed in our Poitou region, and which revive his Basque origins!

And as the elaboration of a good sausage cannot be improvised, we both invested ourselves in a training course, in Aurillac in the Cantal, ancestral cradle of the famous Auvergne sausages.
