Made from pure sugarcane juice, Labourdonnais rums are first pressed using a manufacturing process that combines traditional methods with more modern techniques to produce a quality finished product. 4 ranges have been developed: Classique (white and amber rums); Prestige (old rums); Liqueur (qualitative, based on fresh fruit from the estate); Artisanal (rhums arrangés). To take home, Raph: old rum in a ceramic bottle bearing the effigy of the Dodo!

The food was very fresh and great…the atmosphere was amazing! Really would recommend coming for food however be aware that the service was iffy… we were hungry and waiting for our food and they brought the main dish and they brought the wrong dish.
Other than that highly would recommend getting out of your hotel and coming here!

One of the best restaurant in Maurice !!
Food was spot on, service too ! Really good value for money.
Amazing view of the château, you can also visit the gardens or go shopping in a very special mall after eating.

“Ensuite” nous passons commande, ils ne retiennent hélas pas les boissons commandés…
Et pour finir, 35 min entre la commande et l’arrivée du premier plat…
Si vous avez un planning pour l’après midi, je ne vous recommande pas ce restaurant.
En conclusion, Pour un soit disant gastronomique, on en est bien loin tant au niveau des goûts que du service.
Heureusement que le cadre rattrape légèrement tout le reste.
