The Danjiri Museum is dedicated to the Ueno Tenjin Festival, a festival that takes place every year from 23 to 25 October in the city. Visitors can easily experience or relive the atmosphere and ambience of this traditional event thanks to life-size characters that recreate the unfolding of Ueno Tenjin, such as the Oni-gyoretsu procession and the demon costumes worn by the festival-goers. Large screens also show films on the cultural and natural attractions of Iga Ueno. The visit allows you to immerse yourself in the city.
