The origin of this Catalan manor house surrounded by gardens and olive trees dates back to 1791. Stone walls, exposed beams and wrought iron chandeliers set the scene for the main room, which cultivates a medieval spirit. On the kitchen side, tradition is played with a creative touch. Meat cooked on embers occupies a large place on the menu. Try the vedella al gust fillet with a sauce of your choice or the cod steak au gratin with olive mousseline andescalivada (strips of aubergine and red pepper cooked in the oven).
