Clothes don't make the monk, and this restaurant discreetly poses the avinguda of Canovelles, is proof of that. If its grey facade preceded by a small terrace does not look good, do not hesitate to push the door open to be surprised by its delicious cuisine. The chef plays the role of a culinary chemist, putting creative fusion cuisine at the crossroads of Catalonia, Asia and France. To be recommended: pintada canelo, gazpacho mousse, xuixo de ceps or Valencian paella. A great experience!
