The locals swear by the Duclos brothers when it comes to cheese and dairy products, and we totally understand! This agricultural enterprise, which began operations in 1972, produces its own fodder and still takes its Valle d'Aostan cows to the mountain pastures in summer, and your taste buds will sense this when you sample their products.
