FESTIVAL DU JAMBON D'AOSTE (AOP)

For a weekend, the capital of Valle d'Aosta ham (PDO), the real, inimitable ham, is organising a festival in honour of the king of raw hams. Ham stands, of course, but also all kinds of Valle d'Aosta cold cuts, cheeses and wines, are displayed in the village square, and a big meal (paying by reservation) is organized to feast with the locals. The opportunity to bring back good local products in your suitcases.
