Founded in 1957, this cooperative has several sales outlets in the valley, including one in Valpelline. The latter features a small exhibition presenting the structure, its history, its territory and how milk is transformed into cheese. If you want to get to the heart of the production and maturing of this emblematic Valle d'Aostan cheese, you can also take a guided tour of the production workshop.
