Willy Fritsch delights Munsters and tourists alike, who flock to his terrace when the sun shines. This skilled pastry chef is the creator of a number of original sweets, including surprising macaroons with... munster cheese and Siaskass (Alsatian fresh cheese) sorbet! Willy Fritsch also offers Streusel brioches, tarts and other delicious cakes. As the seasons and festivities change, there are also bredalas, Yule logs, galettes des rois and beignets for Carnival.
