La Filature was designed in 1993 by Claude Vasconi with the aim of reconciling functionality and aesthetics. It has 3 halls and offers a rich program open to the world, with great references of the repertoire and contemporary creations. Each season, the stage offers 50 shows - theater, dance, music, circus, young audiences - featuring both established artists and new talents. The venue also houses a bar, a library, the Orchestre National de Mulhouse and the Opéra National du Rhin.

Après avoir acheté les billets en ligne il y a 2 mois, je n’ai que reçu un mail de Systempay disant que un paiement a été pris en compte. Jamais de mail de confirmation ou informations sur la date ou l’heure du concert ne m’a été envoyé.
Un jour avant le concert on m’envoie les informations alors que je pensais simplement mon billet annulé car aucune information.
Après appel du service client ils me refusent le remboursement pour manquement à leur devoir d’information et confirmation d’achat.
Par la suite leur service client ose me blâmer de me pas les avoir contacté alors que avant le mail d’information de la veille je n’avais aucun moyen se les contacter.
Une équipe irresponsable et n’assumant aucunement leur tort.
