L'office de tourisme de Mulhouse est un peu excentré du centre historique, mais il est situé à côté d'un centre commercial important et du tramway, donc il reste accessible, en plus il est indiqué par des panneaux. La devanture est jolie et moderne et on retrouve toutes les informations nécessaires à l'intérieur pour visiter les alentours.

Avant tout visite il faut se rendre à l'office du tourisme, endroit qui regorge de renseignements et de prospectus. Un personnel très souriant et très agréable, et qui ne sont pas en reste pour nous renseigner et nous donner les bons plans.
