PLIE PLAN LOCAL POUR L'INSERTION ET L'EMPLOI

The Local Plan for Insertion and Employment (PLIE) works for the vocational integration of persons who are remote from employment and/or without professional qualifications, with disabilities, without resources and beneficiaries of minimum social standards. In this context, a counselor assists the beneficiary in the construction of his or her career path and helps to establish both social and professional stages. They will validate the stages of this process. The OCP also works for the engineering of personalized professional integration pathways and mobilizes additional funding, including the financing of municipalities and Epci, the General Council of the Upper Rhine and the European Social Fund.
