Yan, formerly of La Quille, fell in love with the Mondrian house: "the Mulhouse bar in the Mulhouse Marais". Moreover, he cleverly shares his terrace with the tea room L'Opéra, one taking over from the other! At the Mondrian, you can taste excellent wines (almost all biodynamic) chosen with love by Yan.
