BISEY
Read moreFor over a hundred years, this institution has been the benchmark for bookshops in Mulhouse. Times change, people come and go, but the good addresses remain. Luc Widmaier has taken over the reins with talent. He has preserved the style and know-how that made it such a success. Bisey remains an independent bookshop. Rich cultural encounters are offered, and the click and collect and delivery service has been developed. The current hyper-center location serves as an alternative address, as the bookshop is currently under renovation!

Several thousand references are available, from the latest novel to more specialized works. It's hard not to find what you're looking for among the well-stocked shelves, and if you can't, it's always possible to order on the spot or via the website. On the first level, the forum area regularly hosts artists and writers for conferences and book signings.
LITTERA
Read moreThe new Littera page has opened in the basement of the Espace Réunion. For regulars of the former bookshop, there's no major upheaval, apart from a smaller space (700 sq. m. vs. 1,500 sq. m.) and slightly redesigned shelves. The company has opted instead to develop its stationery section, as well as its children's section, featuring educational and leisure games. The choice of books - still classified by genre (literature, thrillers, practical life, youth, comics and Feel Good Books) - is consequently a little more limited. As for the press section, it's always well-stocked, which is just as well, because there's no need to run to the station. Quality welcome and advice!
