Todo de 10, Habitaciones , el servicio , limpieza y la ubicación cerca de pistas y de Vielha
Tema comida todo muy bueno, sobretodo las recomendaciones que nos hizo Daniel, acertó siempre, un gran profesional
Puedes ir con mascota, la nuestra estuvo como en casa, tod@ el personal muy atent@ con ella

Hem pasat uns dies fantàstics. El primer que vull mencionar es el servei. Tots en general, però m'agrada posar noms Mateo, Rodrigo, Daniel, Tania, Eloy......van tenir amb nosaltres un tracte molt personal, sense deixar la seva professionalitat.
El parador necessita reforma pero tot i aixi es molt acollidor.
La zona de la piscina hauria de ser mes amplia, per poder estar-hi de relax i l'aigua hauria d'estar mes calenta!!!!.

El hotel es muy bonito estéticamente, tiene salones agradables en zonas comunes y es grande. Fuimos en invierno, la calefacción estaba muy baja para nuestro gusto en las habitaciones, hacía incluso frío, igual porque nos dieron una que estaba bastante alejada, en una zona sin ascensor, casi un laberinto para llegar subiendo y bajando escaleras a pie con las maletas. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, típica de un parador que necesita alguna reforma ya porque están un poco anticuadas y baño algo pequeño. Para aparcar hay sitio fuera en el recinto del hotel separado con una valla, un punto a favor porque es imposible encontrar por la zona.

The rooms were comfortable. Food at breakfast was standard fare nothing flash. However, with 3 kids, we chose this hotel as it advertised a pool “climatización en los meses de invierno”. If 25 degrees is warm for you in winter, then you’ll have no worries. But this is colder than most public pools, and it was too cold for our family. Frankly it was cold and unpleasant. When we inquired if the pool could be hotter, they said no it’s impossible. They were nice about it. But at the end of the day a cold pool in winter is awful and we feel very deceived by the false claim. And needless to say, no one was using it so even the effort spent keeping it at 25 degrees is a waste of energy.

Now having looked through very old reviews - they know it’s cold but have done nothing about it for over 5 years!!

Probably more a 3 star hotel as much work needs to be be done.

Arties es un pueblo maravilloso. El parador está muy bien aunque le falta un lavado de cara a las habitaciones. Tampoco se come bien. Y quizás le falta también personal. Pero la gente que trabaja ahí es profesional y afable. Hemos estado muy cómodos. A pesar de los peros , repetiríamos!.

Correct mais la crème catalane était grossière. Et au final une addition assez chargée par rapport à la qualité du restaurant. La décoration manque d'un éclairage accueillant
