A former fortified H'mông farm built around 1930, with 4 buildings around an interior patio.
This is a former fortified farmhouse built around 1930 and once owned by a notable member of the H'mông ethnic group. The complex takes the form of a large traditional Chinese house (yamen), with its 4 buildings surrounding an interior patio. The walls are 80 cm thick adobe. Chimneys provide heating when the winter cold grips this mountainous region. The inn provides room and board. Guides are available for hikes exploring the spectacular scenery of the Nho Que river canyon.
