BLACK MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY

Black Mountain Chocolate is an artisanal chocolate factory whose cocoa beans are from fair trade. Possibility to buy individual chocolates, bars and various chocolate sweets on the spot, including the famous "chocolate chips" cookies that would have been voted, a few years ago, the best cookies in the country by the press. It is possible to step into the production area and observe the employees who are busy grinding, melting and shaping the chocolate before flavouring it with different flavours, including the most popular ones: salted caramel and spicy ginger. Open access samples are available to test these different flavors. And to get behind the scenes and discover in detail the whole chocolate making process, Black Mountain offers Saturday guided tours of about 40 minutes.
