Travel Guide Ntungamo

In the middle of the Ankole region, where livestock breeding and food-producing agriculture predominate, Ntungamo is the capital of the district of the same name. Although the surrounding rolling countryside is rather pretty, the town does not attract tourists. It can nevertheless be a salutary stop on the road linking the capital to Kigezi. Indeed, there are enough supplies(cash, fuel, food ...) and sleep. Among the hotels, which allow you to explore the region (Kisiizi Falls, Nshenyi, Kitagata Hot Springs ...), we can mention the comfortable Ankole Resort and the most economical Uganda Lodge (8 km north of the city, in the direction of Mbarara).
