International Institute of Tropical Agriculture
The superb park and forest of the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture are well worth a visit for a weekend in the countryside. Spread over 350 hectares, the estate is home to a wide variety of bird species. The beautiful lake on the edge of the forest lends itself perfectly to long strolls, while a trail has been laid out in the forest. It's also a sportsman's paradise, with a vast 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, squash courts, gym, basketball court, swimming pool... The restaurant is very decent, with a bar, ping-pong table and small souvenir store.
