IITA is not a hotel, but a study center with a few surplus facilities for rent. It is, however, by far the best place to stay in Ibadan for tourists: immersion in nature and relaxation guaranteed! For business travellers, prefer downtown addresses, as IITA is rather out of the way. The rooms are set in buildings reminiscent of student residences, and are simply furnished, but comfortable. The restaurant is affordable and offers a variety of quality dishes.
