Most Chanhassen residents work in Minneapolis or St. Paul and make the round trip during the day. There is not much to do there, it is a residential town where daily life is peaceful, even boring. The only reason to go to Chanhassen is to visit Paisley Park, the extravagant home of the mythical singer Prince, who died there in 2016.
