On the southeast coast of the island, in the bay of Sakarun, this long beach of almost 800 m must be contemplated first from the top of the path to admire its contrasting colors: the green of the pine forest, the white of the limestone pebbles, the turquoise blue to a crystal green sea. Even though this beach is very well known, there are few buildings around, two beach bars and the parking lot is well hidden under the pines. The shallow water is ideal for families while boaters happily anchor in the bay beyond the swimming area.
