RIO GRANDE GORGE BRIDGE
This bridge, located 10 miles northwest of Taos, is one of the 10 highest bridges in the United States
Ten miles northwest of Taos, this bridge is one of the ten highest bridges in the United States. Impressive more by its height than by its length, it can make you feel really dizzy when you are in its center. So hang on and hold on to your camera because the view deserves some shots. Local artisans are often found in the parking lot near the bridge selling pottery, ceramics and jewelry, often handmade by local Indians.
