HERMITA OF THE POND OF DEU DE L'ALDEA

This chapel, whose origin dates back to the 12th century, was rebuilt in the 17th century, when it took on its present form. A century later, it became an important place of pilgrimage and will remain so until today. Inside, a small monolith, a remnant of the Roman era, can be seen. Next to the chapel stands the emblematic tower of thehermitage, with at its feet the remains of a fortified construction.
