A cemetery where all the French soldiers who died during the fighting with the German forces in the Netherlands were buried
On May 16, 1940, intense fighting took place between German and French forces who had come to help the Netherlands. 65 French soldiers died here. At the end of the war, all French soldiers who died in the Netherlands were buried here. 217 French soldiers, 20 Moroccans and Algerians and one Belgian are buried here. Two monuments are present, a wall with the names of the missing and a column with 3 mosaics. In May a ceremony of remembrance is held.
