It's probably the most beautiful Gold Coast Mansion, with its English feudal style directly inspired by Elizabeth II's younger sister home, Margaret. The house was built in 1906 by John Shaffer Phipps, a rich heir to a family that made a fortune in steel. The descendants of the owner kept him in a very good state and organizes visits to the house and the magnificent English-style gardens. If you wish to do so, you can rent the house for a reception or a business party. The house served as an inspiration for the remake of the film Gatsby le Magnificent, released in 2013 with the Leonardo Di Caprio casting.
