Pasta factory preserving its original appearance and furniture with more modern machinery

This pasta factory has existed since 1700! Its manufacturing secret? Thermal water, which is used to make pasta. The Sanmartí workshop has preserved its old-fashioned appearance and its original furniture to which more modern machinery has been added. In the drying room, the pasta is laid out on bamboo poles and dried in wooden cabinets for almost 70 hours. A know-how that has been handed down from generation to generation. Try the Tallarines vegetals (vegetable pasta) or the Espagueti tinta (with dry ink)... A treat!
