Je recommande les vins , et tout particuliêrement les crémants, excellents, aussi bons que pas mal de champagnes, voire mieux ! A l'aveugle, des amis, pourtant connaisseurs, pensaient déguster un champagne. Ces crémants trouvent leur apogée après 2,3 ans de cave si vous en laissez un peu !!! Un régal. L'Emotion est bluffant. Ils trouvent une belle rondeur avec le temps, avec une belle matière au fruit fin, toujours sur la fraicheur attendue. Les Pinot Gris, ne passez pas à côté. Riesling recommandé.

En voyage organisé pour les marchés de Noël, nous avons fait une halte à la Maison Schaller.
Accueil au top ! visite de la cave. Explications très claires sur les cépages, la production, et les vendanges.
Dégustation généreuse de vins excellents accompagnés de kouglof !
