Classified as a "Traditional Festival of Regional Interest", this celebration brings together several traditional events: some of religious inspiration such as the Plega (during which wood is collected), the Tres Tombs (the three towers) or the blessing of the animals; others of a more cultural nature such as the jota d'Ascó, which is danced around the bonfire, as well as the traditional horse, mule and donkey races, and the famous release of animals. A first-class event for the people of Ascó and the region.
