In the pretty little Plaça Priorat, you will find the delicatessen store that is the undisputed specialist in olive oil from the region. It is an ideal stopover, with or after the visit to the Carthusian monastery of Santa Maria d'Escaladei, where the friendly owner will be happy to let you taste some of this liquid gold that is produced in the Miró Cubells agricultural cooperative, located in the village of Cabacès, to the west of the park. It is possible to organize a visit to the oil interpretation center and the productive economies of Montsant.
