MILMANDA CASTLE - FAMILIA TORRES

The castle of Milanda, literally the "little castle", is located next to the monastery of Poblet and became an important center of feudal power in the region in 1136 when Count Ramon Berenguer IV recovered it from the Moors. Nowadays, it is a place where you can taste a very good wine, mainly Chardonnay, whose grapes are grown between the castle and the monastery. It is the famous Torres house that manages the place.
