MUSEUM OF RICE - MOLÍ DE RAFELET

Founded in 1935 by D. Rafael Margalef Bertomeu, today it is the third generation of Margalef that runs the machine, the last wooden mill in the Delta that produces rice as it was in the past, in the traditional and artisanal way. You will discover how to cultivate rice, the various processes of elaboration, its packaging, its conservation and also, the different ways of cooking it. The store allows you to stock up on rice from the Delta!
