LA TOUR DELS MOROS

The site of the Torre dels Moros (Tower of the Moors) offers a breathtaking view of the Cape of Salou and the Ebro Delta. It was later renamed Torre de les Guàrdies, after the hill on which it stands. This rectangular watchtower, now restored, was built in the 19th century and has two levels at the top of the hill. It is part of a group of towers built along the Catalan coast, from Barcelona to Valencia. A circular walk of 9 km (2 hours) will allow you to appreciate the landscape.
