CARPE DIEM
With its eclectic décor with a baroque tendency made of bric, its vast room full of antique furniture and antiques, its inventive kitchen to sometimes astonishing associations, Carpe Diem is arguably one of the most atypical tables in the region. Hosted by Dick, a friendly Dutch, this restaurant was set up in a country house in El Perelló Valley. On the map, in entry, joins «hot goat and salad mustard sauce sauce», «rolls of Serrano chicken and ham», «ceviche of Peru style tuna» or «langoustines and tartars of salmon and crab». In line of resistance: bluefin tuna, pork net, duck magret, cod, tournedos, Thai chicken on curry, Indonesian flat, fish stew… In the garden there is a swimming pool and a mini zoo for children. Furthermore, the owner rents a superb country villa with 6 bedrooms and a large swimming pool.
