One comes to the Safari Bar to have a drink or to sit down and taste some very good dishes, mainly fish and seafood but there are also some salads. The basic ingredients are always fresh and depend on the arrival of the market and the fishing. If the beef tartar is rather successful, the tuna remains undoubtedly the raw material most cherished by the cook: in carpaccio, in tartar or in tataki, a la brasa, it is always so good! If you are an amateur, ceviche should not displease you either.
